The affiliate program

Earn recurring commission for referring customers: enrolling, how referrals are tracked, and when you get paid.

TrendSuite pays recurring commission on customers you refer. The dashboard is at Affiliate, and the binding terms are the affiliate terms.

Enrolling

Enrol from the Affiliate page. Approval is immediate, and you get a referral link straight away.

You do not need to be a paying customer to be an affiliate. The affiliate dashboard stays reachable even for accounts that are not subscribed, deliberately: an affiliate who is not a customer should never be locked out of their own earnings.

How referrals are tracked

Someone follows your link, and the referral is attributed to you when they subscribe. Attribution is held for a window after the click, so a visitor who thinks about it for a few weeks still counts.

Commission and payouts

Commission is recurring for the life of the customer rather than a one-off bounty on the first payment.

Earnings pass through a hold period before they become payable: this is what covers refunds and chargebacks, so a commission is not paid out on a payment that later reverses. After the hold, they are promoted to payable and paid on the monthly cycle.

Your dashboard

The Affiliate page shows clicks, conversions, earnings by state (pending, held, payable, paid) and your link.

Suspension

An account found to be driving referrals through prohibited means is suspended, which leaves the earnings breakdown readable but stops further accrual. The prohibited list is in the terms; the short version is that self-referral, brand bidding and misrepresenting the product are all disqualifying.

Promoting honestly

Say what the product does. The claims that generate refunds (and therefore cost you the commission anyway) are the ones that promise outcomes the software does not control.
