Automation schedules

The schedules screen lists posts queued by an automated schedule, soonest first, with the schedule that produced each one.

Read this before you plan around it

The per-plan allowance for unattended automated schedules is zero on every current plan. The screen exists and it is honest about what it holds, but no plan currently sells the entitlement that fills it.

We would rather document the screen accurately than either hide it or imply an allowance that is not there. If that changes, the plan comparison at plans and what's in them will show it, because that table is generated from the live plan configuration rather than written by hand.

What to use instead

For scheduling content on a rhythm, the working mechanism is the one described in what happens when a post publishes: fan a plan out, then manage it on the calendar. That is scheduled, unattended sending, and it is available on every paid plan.

For a recurring default time on posts you write yourself, use posting times and cadence.
