Uploads and stock photos

Every place you can add a picture offers two sources: Upload and Stock.

Upload and schedule

Upload a photo or video and attach it to the post, caption or slide you are working on. Uploading is available on every plan.

TrendSuite does not keep a library of your files. An upload is held only for as long as a post needs it:

• Once every post that uses it has published or been cancelled, it is deleted, usually within minutes.
• If a post fails, the file is kept for 7 days so you can retry. After that it is deleted.
• An upload that is never scheduled is deleted after 7 days.
• A voiceover recording stays with the video it was recorded for, so you can preview it and render again. It is deleted 7 days after nothing uses it.

The copy on each social network is the network's own and is not affected. If you want to post the same file again later, keep your original and upload it again.

Each file can be up to 60 MB. A reel voiceover can be up to 8 MB.

Stock search

Stock photo search, provided by Pexels, finds a usable image without leaving the editor. Selected images drop straight into the slide, poster or scene you are editing.

Stock photos are licensed to you by Pexels, not by TrendSuite. Pexels does not supply model or property releases, so check that your use of a photo showing a person, a logo or a building is one you are comfortable with. The Terms (section 6B) have the detail.

Stock is often the right answer where generated imagery is weakest: real objects, real places, real people doing specific things. See AI images.
