Data, privacy and deletion

This page is the practical summary. The binding document is the privacy policy.

What is stored

Your account: name, email, authentication details, active sessions.

Your brands. Profiles, offerings, visual identity, and everything generated against them: ideas, plans, assets, posts.

Platform connections: access tokens for the networks you connected, used to publish and to read comments on your own posts. Tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed automatically.

Interaction data: the contacts your automations created and the conversations they had, where your plan includes that feature.

Retention

Operational data is swept on a schedule rather than kept forever: logs, run histories and transient job records age out automatically under retention policies. Your content (brands, plans, posts, assets) is kept while your account exists.

Deleting your data

Deleting your account removes your data. This is irreversible: generated plans, rendered assets and scheduled posts go with it.

If you only want to stop TrendSuite touching a social account, disconnect it from Connected accounts instead: that revokes access without destroying your content.

Meta data deletion

Meta requires a data-deletion route for apps connected to its platforms, and TrendSuite implements it: a deletion request originating from Meta removes the associated data. Disconnecting the app on Meta's side also revokes our access.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not use your brand's content to train models for other customers.
• We do not message people who have not interacted with you. See staying inside platform rules.

Security practice, subprocessors and reporting channels are on the security page. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it there rather than in a support ticket.
