Captions

Where captions come from, why you get several variants per platform, and how per-network editing works.

Captions are generated inside a content plan, per platform, in your brand voice. Studio is where you refine them against the actual image.

Several variants, not one

Each platform gets multiple caption variants, flat across every plan. The point is choice: the first variant is a draft, not a verdict. Read all of them before editing, often the second one has the sentence you want to graft onto the first.

Per-platform, not one caption copied six times

The same idea is written differently for each network, because the networks are different rooms. A LinkedIn caption that opens with a line break and a hook is not the same artefact as the X version of the same point.

This is also why the fan-out staggers posting times: the identical post, everywhere, at the same minute is the pattern both audiences and platforms read as automation.

Hashtags

Hashtags are budgeted per plan rather than sprinkled per caption, and appended once, so a caption cannot end up carrying the same tag twice.

Editing

Captions are fully editable, in Studio and at the point of scheduling. An edit is instant and free; regenerating is neither. For a caption that is nearly right, edit it.

Where captions are attached

When a plan is fanned out, each scheduled post carries the caption variant selected for its platform. Changing a caption after fan-out is done on the post itself, from the calendar.
