The calendar
Where you manage what is queued (move, edit, delete and retry) and the one screen that shows a fortnight at a glance.
The calendar is the management surface for everything queued. A fanned-out plan lands here, and this is where it stops being a generated artefact and starts being your schedule.
What you can do
- Move a post to a different time or day.
- Open and edit it: caption, media, platforms.
- Delete it, if you have changed your mind.
- Retry it, if it failed.
Two views, and status tabs
A List view for scanning and a Calendar view for shape. They show the same posts; use whichever answers the question you have: List to work through what needs attention, Calendar to see whether next week is thin.
Both are filtered by status tabs, so "show me everything that failed" is one click rather than a scroll.
On TrendSuite Lite the same screen offers a Board and a List instead. The board is fourteen day columns showing everything that lands in them, which is the shape a single creator actually plans in. It is deliberately not filtered by status: a board with holes in it looks like free slots.
Reading a fanned-out fortnight
A plan fan-out places around sixteen posts across your platforms over two weeks, staggered so the same idea does not hit six networks at the same minute. On the calendar this looks busier than you might expect: that is the point, and it is why the first thing to do after a fan-out is scan it and delete what you do not want.
Nothing about a fan-out is precious. It is a starting schedule, not a contract.
Approvals
If your workspace uses client approvals, posts awaiting a decision are visible here in that state, and the publish worker will not send them until they are approved.
What the calendar will not do
It will not publish to a platform you have not connected, and it will not publish to a platform with no live integration. Both cases are set out in platform support.
