Your recap

Recap summarises what you have actually done: plans generated, posts scheduled, assets made, automations run.

What it is for

Choosing a plan from evidence. Plan comparison tables ask you to predict your own behaviour, which people are bad at. Your recap tells you what your behaviour was.

If your usage already exceeds what a smaller plan allows, the recap says which specific lines exceed it: not "you should upgrade", but "you made nine plans and that plan includes three".

What it is not

It is not a performance report. It measures your activity in TrendSuite, not how the content did: that is Performance.

It is also not a sales countdown. There is no scarcity framing and no deadline on it, deliberately: it exists so you can look, not so you can be hurried.

Where to go from it

The only action on the page is a neutral link to choose a plan. If nothing about your usage suggests a change, the correct response to your recap is to close it.
