AI images

Where generated imagery can be used, the per-slide cap and why it exists, and when a stock photo is the better answer.

Studio can generate imagery for a slide, a poster background or a reel scene, rendered in a style that follows your brand palette.

The per-slide cap

A single carousel slide may generate up to three AI images. The cap is per slide, so a ten-slide deck cannot quietly run up an unbounded bill by being re-rolled repeatedly.

If three attempts have not produced what you want, the prompt is usually describing a mood rather than a subject. Say what is in the frame.

What it costs

Image generation spends generations per image. See generations. Image quality available to you is set by your plan.

When a stock photo is better

Generated imagery is good at atmosphere and bad at specifics. Reach for stock or your own photography when:

  • The image needs to show a real thing: your product, your premises, your team.
  • Text needs to appear inside the image. Let the layout put text on top instead.
  • The subject is a human doing a recognisable, specific task. This is where generated images most often land in the uncanny valley.

The media library covers stock search and your own uploads.

A note on what you publish

You are responsible for what you post. Generated imagery should not be presented as a photograph of a real event, a real person or a real result. That is both a platform-rules problem and a trust problem, and it is covered in what we will not generate.
