White-label branding

White-label replaces TrendSuite's branding with yours on the surfaces a client sees. It is configured in Settings → Branding and is an Agency-plan feature.

What you set

• Logo, or nothing, in which case your company name is rendered instead.
• Company name.
• Primary colour, which tints the branded surfaces.
• Hide TrendSuite branding, which removes our name rather than sitting it beside yours.
• Custom domain.

Where it actually applies

This is the part worth being precise about, because "white-label" sounds larger than it is:

• The client review link, where a client approves a post without an account. See client review links.
• The public carousel preview, the shareable link for showing a deck to someone who is not logged in.
• The approval emails sent to a client.

Those are the three places a client meets your work without meeting your account. They are what white-label covers.

What it does not change

Your own app. Signing in to TrendSuite still looks like TrendSuite: the sidebar, the dashboard and Studio are unchanged. White-label is about what the client sees, not about reskinning the tool you work in.

A rendered asset. Removing the TrendSuite watermark from an exported carousel or reel is a different setting, covered in brand styling in Studio. A clean export and white-label branding are frequently confused; one is about a file, the other is about a web page.

Your client's brand. The logo and colour here are yours, the agency's. The per-client look of the content itself comes from each brand's visual identity.

Losing entitlement

Branding is resolved per request and checked against the plan at the time. On a plan without the entitlement the branded surfaces fall back to TrendSuite's own look; your saved logo, name and colour are kept, so restoring the plan restores the branding without re-entering anything.

Not to be confused with the retired plan

There was once a plan called White Label, retired in July 2026 with no subscriber ever on it. That was a pricing tier; this is a feature, and it lives on the Agency plan. See plans and what's in them.
